(DOB 02/09/2024) Bam Bam is only available for local adoption - 1 hour radius of Wake Forest as he awaits an orthopedic consult. Bam Bam! Breed: Little Lovebug Age: Young in spirit and in at heart! Bam Bam is a little dog with a big personality! This charming guy is happiest when he's with his people, so if you're someone who's home more often than not, you've found your match. He's a dedicated companion who loves snuggling up close for some quality cuddle time. Whether its belly rubs or smothering you with kisses, Bam Bam lives for affection and will make sure you know just how much he cares. A real gentleman with a soft spot for the ladies, Bam Bam tends to prefer female company over men, but he's friendly to everyone though a bit shy at first. This little guy would be fine in a condo, apartment, or townhome, as he doesn't need a fenced in yard to feel content. His daily 3-4 walks are a must. Bam Bam is happy to be your little velcro dog, sticking by your side at all times. This includes mealtime where he doesn't like to 'dine alone' and won't eat unless you are there watching and waiting for him to finish up...kind of cute, really. Though he's always up for an adventure, he just might need a break if the car ride gets too bumpy. Sadly, the car has proven to be his kryptonite, as he tends to get a little car sick and likely it would be best to be crated, no food prior to, and a nice comfy blanket. On the flip side, he's an absolute pro at taking his medicine when it's hidden in some tasty cheese. Bam Bam would be fine as an only dog or with a dog sibling. He's looking for someone who appreciates a snuggly, happy, and affectionate little dog who's always ready to share love and joy. As part of Bam Bam's $300 adoption fee, he will be neutered, microchipped, up to date on age-appropriate vaccines, and current on his monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventatives.
