This is Jasper. He was a recue puppy and unfortunately his owner has abandoned him. He unfortunately stays in his kennel during wo4king hours and was only letting out sporadicly. He likes to jump, but only to get attention. He's had minimal training, but is used to a routine. He is very much food oriented for training. He loves going on walks, but a pinch color worked best. He loves playing in the sprinkler and gettin pets. He is definitely a talker, but not all of its barking.
