About Thor

Thor is a 5 years old great Pyrenees mix. He came to us as a rescue a couple of years back. However, he just isn't happy in our home. His temperament has changed dramatically since we lost our oldest dog. He has become very protective of our children and our chickens. He needs a home where he can have a job on a farm in his natural environment. He does not like men and never has. He will warm up to them after they've been around for a while, however. He is only dog-friendly after he has been introduced and given time to get to know the other dog. He loves nothing more than to sit in the chicken coop with the chickens, and he guards our fence. His best friend is a cat. He is create-trained and potty trained. He sleeps inside but prefers to be outside during the day.
