About Belle

Belle is an active, pure bred Border Collie. She is six years old. She has a blue eye, and a brown eye She is a sweet companion that loves and shares affection. She lays her head on your lap and adores you when you pet her. She loves to cuddle with you. Her fur is very soft. Belle likes fetching balls and frisbees. She thinks snowflakes are fun to catch too. Belle obeys 'come', 'sit', and 'down'. We rescued Belle from a Viet Nam vet that was undergoing four operations and could no longer care for her. We love her dearly but our four other dogs are mean to her so we have to keep her separate and that limits my time with her. Belle is afraid of most dogs but she will play with dogs that she is comfortable with. Belle would be best as an only dog, or a friend to male neutered dogs. She does not get along with our female dog, but enjoys playing with some other dogs. Belle is good with kids that she is introduced to in a quiet situation. We love her but she needs a better situation.
