About Burke

Burke is yet another husky mix here at the Spca. (we sure wish who ever is breeding these in our area would stop...) He is approx. 5-6 yrs old and 64 lbs. He would do best in a home without children. He also prefers women over men. It takes him a few minutes to warm up to men. Come see him at the Rockbridge Spca or email manager@rockbridgespca.net. heartworm tested: Negative visit our fb page: dogs of rockbridge and rockbridge spca. NOTE: all animals adopted are taken straight to a local veterinarian for spay/neuter. We do adopt out of area providing adopter is will to make more than one trip. There are NO exceptions, and we do not hold animals. All Kittens and puppies must weigh 2 lbs. for surgery and there are a limited number of veterinarians in our area that will do a pediatric spay/neuter. please note the Rockbridge Spca does not have emotional support animals or service animals. we do not adopt to college students, however, they are welcome to volunteer.
