Todd is a handsome adult cat who was found almost frozen to death and emaciated He has been in foster care and has regained muscle and weight. Todd we think suffered from possible head trauma and is scheduled to have 1 eye removed. He is in great spirits we would love a quite no other cat home for him. He just loves looking out the window and laying in the warm sun
