About Bear

American Staffordshire Terrier / Lab
Age: Young Adult
Sex: Male

My story Here's what the humans have to say about me: Meet Bear THIS IS A COURTESY POST: Poor baby Bear, he is 3yrs old and the last of his litter to be adopted, he came to the rescue at 5 weeks old in a litter of 6 and he is the last one left. HE HAS BEEN IN RESCUE HIS WHOLE LIFE for almost three years. Is it black-dog syndrome? Because he looks like he's got Pit in him and isn't small and fluffy? It's so sad, so see dogs never even get a chance. He is a bit shy outside of the yard (didn't get out and socialized when he was a puppy) and away from the friends he knows. But with a little bit more socialization and time he would be a great dog. Very sweet and loving, wants your attention, just gets scared of being outside of his comfort zone. :( Because of this we are saying special needs, but with the right home that is patient and understanding we feel he will blossom to being a well adjusted boy. THIS IS A COURTESY POST, THE DOG IS BEING PLACED AND FOSTERED BY JASMINE PLEASE CALL, TEXT, EMAIL HER FOR MORE INFO. TRANSPORT CAN BE ARRANGED FOR OUT OF AREA ADOPTIONS.
