Approx 9 year old neutered male Poodle. Ross has had a troubled past of mishandling, neglect, and poor nutrition. He's been a loving boy who just wants to know he's going to be cared for and loved; he went from not wanting to be petted/handled to begging for it just a few short days after coming to us!
