About CHICO

***NEEDS FOSTER or FOREVER HOME*** Currently in Boise boarding kennels Meet adorabull 4 year old gremlin named CHICO that may be a mix of French bulldog and Dogue de Bordeaux. Check out his crazy ears!!! He has been described as loving, goofy, and silly. He is ~35 bs, but may be underweight at this time because of kennel life. CHICO is already housetrained and crate-trained. He rides well in vehicles and already knows to jump up into the vehicle (or at least he tries to). CHICO already knows 'sit' and is likely the easiest dog to walk on a loose leash. CHICO is extremely food-motivated and not picky at all, so will be easy to teach him all good behaviors. CHICO is a tail-waggin' machine when he sees other dogs on walks, but, at this time (see video), CHICO may be too interested in his toys/treats, so a foster home without other dogs is best for him. At his previous home, CHICO was brought to work and made his rounds each day to say hi to all the employees. We do know that he has reacted badly a couple of times during one-on-one play. He also sometimes gives a hard mouth when taking treats, so a home without small children is best for CHICO. CHICO may need some good chew toys to prevent boredom in the house to avoid possibly gnawing on wood. CHICO's adoption includes current vaccines, neuter, and microchip. CHICO has been in boarding for several months, but is too easy a dog to not have at least a temporary home. Can someone offer a foster home or at least share his story?
