Norbert is a 7 year old Irish setter who is a major goofball that only wants to run, and I mean he runs like a horse for hours. He may have a nasal condition it doesn't seem to bother him but it does have him sounding like the start up to an old Harley motorcycle. I don't want to rehome him but I'm not sure what else to do right now.
