About Honey

In foster in Puyallup, WA HONEY is 1yr old (DOB 2/1/24) female Shepherd mix. There may be a little Red Heeler in her, too (see the spots on her feet). She is 40#s. She is active and loves going places'| the world is great to explore! She is good with other dogs. She is curious about cats and was basically not interested in my cats but if one would run, she would chase. She will make a great family dog. Because of her active level (about a 6 or 7) I would not recommend her living in an apartment. I have not had her around small children in the short time I have had her. She seems happy to see all people, though. She's doing great with her leash training and we're working on house training. Honey is one that could keep up with going on hikes and roughing it on a camping trip. She was saved from a super high kill shelter in TX. Adoptions include neuter/spay, vaccinations (DHPP, Bordetella, Rabies), microchip, health certificate, transport with our professional dog transporter, and 6 mos of heart worm prevention.
