About Aslan

Sweet boy, can't be on a farm. Has obedience training, kennel trained, loves cats and other dogs. Must have a fenced yard. He would do best as the first dog and then if you got a buddy down the road he would love it. He is not ok on a farm, which is where he currently lives. Would love to be with someone who took him on walks and let him smell all the smells. Then wanted to curl up on the couch and watch movies together. Loves to cuddle. Needs people. His ears were cropped by a professional ear cropping vet, though they didn't do the best job, and our other vet had to give him treatment for them afterwards and he had to wear a cone for an extended time which made them for differently. It doesn't cause any issues other than cosmetic. He is a beautiful fawn brindle color. He LOVES LOVES balls. He is pretty good at controlling a soccer ball and if you had a yard and taught him to play soccer he would be really good at it, and totally has the aptitude for it. He thinks hopping rocks (frogs lol) are so incredible and catches and holds them in his mouth without killing them. Lol He wants to sniff and explore everything. He is curious and smart so he needs his sense of smell excersized. He wants to please so in house that makes him incredible to train. He picks things up fast. The only reason he is being regimed to our great devestation is because he no matter how much training we have done, chases livestock. We live on a farm in a farm community. He would be a natural city dog. His personality is so bright he's have fun making silly tiktoks. Other than farm animals his other fault is only with other dogs and cats, not humans. He is food aggressive and treat aggressive. All of our kids and any adult in this home has been able to take absolutely anything out of his mouth. But he has growled at and submitted our other dogs who have tried to eat his food or take his treats. It's is the only time he has shown a bit of aggression. We just feed and give them treats separately because of it. We have been able to trust him with other dogs, and he is excited to see what cats are doing he has never hurt one and we have 9. He has the ones that are ok with his excitement that will play with him and that makes him super happy.
