Cobalt is a wonderful dog. She is loyal to her person and wants nothing but to please them. She is high energy and would benefit from walks. She is incredibly smart, and with some obedience training would be someone's perfect dog. She does have food aggression toward other dogs, but not people. She needs to be fed with a slow feeder.
