Ozzy is a 9-10 month old Lab mix that was picked up by Animal Control Officers on 1/7/25 after his former owner moved out and left him chained in the front yard for several days Neighbors were nice enough to provide him food & water after Ozzy's dad was adamant he would 'be back soon' to pick up Ozzy once he was 'settled in', once Ozzy's time alone approached an entire week neighbors realized no one was coming back for him At the start of 2025 Ozzy lost his family and the place he's called home since he was a puppy.
