About Penelope

Beautiful Penelope is the sweetest little girl who we rescued when someone 'dumped' her all by herself in a park. It's hard to even imagine but her life is going to be so wonderful now! She's likely 80%-90% Lab and we're not sure what accounts for the beautiful 'cookies & cream' star on her chest! She's 12-14 weeks old and weighs 17 pounds so we anticipate she'll be approximately 60 pounds when she's fully grown as she's got some big paws! She's with a great Foster family now who share 'Penelope is a total dream of a puppy! She is very content in her crate and is making excellent strides in her house training. She loves a good treat so ongoing training should be a fun experience. We have 2 dogs and a cat and she does wonderfully with all of them. Penelope loves to play with her toys and she's done, she's very affectionate and cuddly and can be found snoring while she recharges. Penelope is a total gem of a puppy and any family would be lucky to have her!' She's up to date on all her puppy vaccines and has a clean bill of health from her Vet (she's too young to be spayed). We think she'll be a great family pooch especially if the children understand how to be respectful to puppies.
