About Finn

This is Finn Breed: Golden retriever/ Irish Wolfhound Gender: Male Age: 6 years old UTD on shots: Yes Neutered: Yes City and State: Bessemer City NC Good with: Kids, Family's, outside, create trained, house trained. Finnegan is a great dog and we absolutely love him but he is a big big boy and needs a yard that is bigger than the 1/8 acre we have. We are hoping to find him a family that has a much larger yard so he can run to his hearts conntent and chase all the birds. He loves being out doors and when he is inside he can be a goofy potato or as excited as a puppy to play with stuffed animals or tennis balls. He loves to watch tv and snuggle. He is very trained and will not go to the bathroom in your house unless it's truly an emergency. He knows basic commands like sit, stay, down, over, paw and other paw, drop it, leave it, wait and we're working on his recall but he can be a bit sassy about coming inside. We do leave him loose in the house when we leave and had never had a problem before. He knows that the couch needs a blanket and permission to jump up on. Can not do cats because he will go after them. He is also scared of fireworks and will be a little scared to go outside after they go off. He is an indoor dog and sleeps inside in his create and has never slept outside before. Is great with other dogs and just wants to play with everyone.
