About Melody

Melody is a one year old Australian Cattle Dog. She's intelligent, athletic, friendly and super sweet. She seeks her human more than anything else but also doesn't show any signs of separation anxiety, fully crate trained. While ACDs in our care have adoption experience restrictions, Melody seems to be more mellow than most ACDs. She's content doing whatever activity that is planned for the day and settles in quickly. She still needs to be engaged and given a job, and more importantly, supervised around children as this breed will herd kids until guided otherwise with positive reinforcement and consistency. Children are usually not recommended unless parents are experienced with the breed or willing to hear them OUCH across the next zip code.
