Meet Piper: The Playful, Easygoing Lovebug Who's Equal Parts Chaos and Cuddles Hi, I'm Piper, and I'm here to bring fun, mischief, and an alarming lack of personal space into your life. I'm a professional zoomie specialist, expert-level toy wrestler, and full-time cuddle enthusiast. Whether it's chasing a ball, tackling a squeaky toy, or figuring out how to steal your snacks without you noticing, I'm always up for a challenge. But when the fun is over? I'm curling up in your lap like I pay rent. But before I found my love for zoomies and snuggles, I was fighting to survive. I was found in an abandoned home with two mother dogs and two litters of puppies. When the police took us, we were placed in a shelter where only the strongest made it out alive. It was a heartbreaking place where dogs were dying every day, and my siblings and I wouldn't have stood a chance. If Legacy Paws Rescue hadn't stepped in, I wouldn't be here today. We were sick, scared, and barely hanging on-but we made it. Now, I'm not just any rescue-I'm part of Legacy Paws Rescue, a mission-driven organization that's here to change the human problem, one dog at a time. We believe that with love, patience, and the right home, every dog-no matter their past-can thrive. I've been raised in a home, not a kennel, where I've learned how to be the best family member. I've been socialized with big dogs, cats, and kids, exposed to everyday sounds like vacuums and thunderstorms, and I even do doggie puzzles to keep my brain sharp. Basically, I'm the total package. Why I'm Basically Your New Favorite Roommate: Goofball Energy - Every day is a comedy show, and I'm the headliner. Balanced and Easygoing - I roll with the punches, the zoomies, and the belly rubs. Too Smart for My Own Good - If treats are involved, I'll master any trick-or train you instead. Social Butterfly - Love me, pet me, compliment me-I eat it up. Cuddle Bandit - Once I'm comfortable, your lap is officially under new management. Housebreaking and Crate Training in Progress - Getting my act together, one potty break at a time. Dog and Cat Approved - I play well with others, including the feline overlords. Certified Explorer - Every walk is a grand adventure, and I take my sniffing duties very seriously. I'm looking for a fun, snack-sharing, cuddle-loving human who appreciates occasional chaos and unlimited affection.
