About TAMERA

Tamera is 17 months old and weighs 46 lbs. She is heartworm negative, UTD on all her shots, spayed, microchipped, and on heartworm and flea preventative. Her Wisdom Panel DNA report, states she has been tested and cleared of 265 health conditions. She is sweet, lovable and a bit goofy. She likes chillin and going shopping. She loves to sleep in the our bed. She is an excellent bed partner! She is not fond of her crate, but goes in it willingly. She loves all kinds of toys. Some of which, she makes confetti out of. She enjoys being wherever you are. She is dog friendly. From large to small, she enjoys playing with them all! She is very good with my daughters cat. Tamera is a lover, not a fighter! She is a little slow on meeting new people, but warms up quickly. Tamera is currently working with a trainer. She has learned how to walk on a leash, sit, down and stay. As well as going to her place (bed). All of which, we continue to work on several times a week. She really enjoys when the trainer comes over! She always tries to please, and enjoys all the treats! Whatever sessions remain at time of her adoption, will transfer over to her new family. Tamera would do best in a home by herself or maybe one other dog. She loves playing with all the dogs. In our home there are 7 dogs. More often than not, it is loud and overwhelming around here. The trainer and the vet, believe it's causing over stimulation and anxiety with Tamera. She is taking Fluoxetine for the anxiety. If Tamera is adopted, I will continue to pay for the Fluoxetine, until which time the adopter or the vet states it is no longer necessary. The trainer, vet and myself believe, once she is out of this environment, she will become confident and thrive in her new home. If you are worried about this, I fully understand and are willing to do a trial adoption period, in which you can return Tamera and a full refund will be given.
