About Freedom

Freedom is a sweet lovable pup. We got him from a breeder in NC when he was 8 weeks old. My ex was an alcoholic and was unkind to him in multiple occasions and I was unable to protect him as I had a newborn at home too. I have since gotten him out out if this living environment and he was been much better this past year living with myself, my other hound dog, cat and my toddler. However these past few weeks we have had to move to a rental home as our prior landlord is selling their home, and Freedom has become aggressive towards my son when he runs around or tries to play with him. I am heart broken to have to make this post but Freedom deserves the best and my son has to be safe too. We had a pet sitter he loved for a few months but then he suddenly started growling at her so he really only lets me care for him. He does not do well around the smell of alcohol or cigarettes and would do best in a home with a patient, active, female
