This stunning approximately 4 year old #GermanShepherd #ChowChow Mix arrived to the shelter as a stray on 2/23/25, reportedly a member of the public stopped an Animal Control Officer while they were en route to another call. When Ruxbin arrived he was intimidated by all the other barking dogs and initially had to be carried out of his kennel, luckily (for my backs sake) after 2 days of being carried to the yard to interact with other friendly pups he got over his fears & started to come out of his shell. Ruxbin presents himself very affectionate & a big softy at heart, anyone looking to add a cuddly teddy bear to their pack would surely find him to be an ideal candidate. HI!
