About Pierce

Hello, my name is Pierce. I'm a 7 year old Maltese lad who needs a calm and quite home where I can be loved forever. I came from a horrible place where I was used as a breeding machine. I had fur, however I was SO matted and was covered in poop so I had to be shaved down. I'm a bit on the scared side so I really need a quite place where I can just know what it's like to be a dog that's taken care of and loved. I will require some patience! I'm not house or crate trained, but I think I'll get the hang of it quickly. I'm dog friendly, but haven't ever met a cat. I'd probably do best in a home with no young children.
