About Piper

Courtesy Post: Owner Surrender/Rehoming- Gastonia, NC *This dog doesn't belong to ASF and hasn't been evaluated by ASF* Meet Piper! She is a 7-year-old Australian Shepherd and weighs 45 lbs. She is spayed and up to date on shots but isn't on heartworm prevention. Piper is nervous around strangers! She is good with cats! No children or dogs, due to her reactivity! Piper bit a service provider because she was protecting her home. She also bit two young children who were chasing her. Piper is nervous in new environments. The owner is surrendering her because she needs a home without dogs or younger children. They have worked with a trainer, but she hasn't improved. She needs to go ASAP! If you think you can provide a great home for Piper, please contact the owner listed below. There is a $150 rehoming fee to assure good folks with good intentions.
