Meet Freckles, one of mama Sabine's kelpie mix pups. Aptly named, he's got the cutest little freckles on his nose. He's a happy go-lucky guy who likes to play with all the dogs here at the Rescue Ranch. Sweet, social, blank slate'|Freckles is ready to take on the world with a forever person or family as early as March 24. Freckles is dewormed, microchipped, on a vaccine schedule, and can go home on a neuter contract. Located in Templeton, CA.
