Meet Nika! My son found her roaming the streets about 6 months ago and picked her up so that she would not get ran over, not realizing that the shelters were full and would not accept her. He works 50 hours a week and does not have time for a pet. She is most likely 1-2 years old. She was taken to the vet and was spayed, all vaccinations done and negative for heart worms. I think that she would be good and enjoy being with dogs her size. I don't think that she would intentionally harm a smaller dog, but she is just active. She has never been aggressive or tried to bite anyone. She is a smart, sweet girl and is starved for human contact. She needs a home where she has room to run and someone to spend time to train her.
