About Ryder

Ryder is a 1 year old male intact German Shepherd, born September 2023. He is very smart and loves to play! Ryder went through the 6-week training course at Ponderosa Pet Resort in February-March 2024. We have been through job changes and are expecting another baby this summer, so we unfortunately need to find Ryder a new home with a family who can give him the love and attention he deserves. He gets along well with our 4 year old lab, but he definitely is the alpha. Ryder is extremely bright. He has lots of potential, and I know he would thrive with owners who have the capacity to teach and work with him more. He sleeps well in a crate and is housebroken. We are heartbroken to have to make this decision, but we know there is a better home out there for him.
