About Oakley

Hi! My name is Oakley. My birthday is January 12th. I love people and love to cuddle. I have had furry friends to play with of all types. I would do best with bigger friends, as I love to play and some smaller pets don't like it. I can be trained better with small animals though. I have been around lots of kids, and I love them all, but I do need someone to help me learn to be calm when meeting new people as I sometimes jump from excitement! I know how to sit, come, and know my name. I do somewhat know how to stay, but not the best. I do have a hard time seeing, but I am not completely blind. The vet doesn't know why I have a hard time, but they think it was from complications when I was born. My mom has gotten a DNA health tests and I was completely healthy. I mostly have issues seeing in the dark or in very bright places like the sun shining directly in y eyes. I love car rides and going on walks. I come with all of my things, like my toys, kennel, and harness. I do look red in my picture because of the sun, but I am more so a chocolate brown! I am very very smart and I learn new things very quickly.
