About Cooper

Lab / Mastiff
Age: Young Puppy
Sex: Female

Beautiful Cooper is the sweetest puppy who loves to be close to her humans and loves to play outside with a good stick. She's just a baby....born at the end of November and weighs 18 pounds already so we expect her to be a big girl (75 pounds fully grown). We think she's a Lab and Mastiff mix but may have some Mountain Cur and Pittie in her. She was rescued with her siblings and we'll be doing a DNA test soon. Only thing for sure is she's beautiful and a love bug. She's living with a wonderful Foster family who shared lots of good info on her: -Loves our dog, Theo and loves to play with him. We have a cat and Cooper is very interested and likes to chase the cat but eventually forgets the cat is in the house. -Meeting new people: She's a little shy when meeting new people but warms up with 10 minutes. Energy Level - 6 out of 10. She can be hyper like any puppy and gets the zoomies sometimes but she's very quick to settle, relax and sleep. House-trained: Not fully housebroken but well on her way - working on the 'go potty' command and she's picking it up quickly. Crate training: She sleeps the whole night through with only minimal whining. She will get right in her crate with a few treats and come coaxing. We're looking for a wonderful Adopter for Cooper who want a big lovable girl! Due to her larger size, we think families with children over 6 years old who know how to be respectful to puppies are preferred. Feel free to reach out to [email protected] with any questions. We think she's going to be very popular so if you're interested we suggest submitting an Adoption Application on LRHrescue.com site soon and we'll follow up with you for a phone conversation.
