To meet Porter, please submit an application at www.thehausofdogs.com/adopt . Porter: 1y3mo, 41lbs. Porter is the sweetest, most lovable pup who just wants to be with his people! He's a perfect mix of playful and chill-while he enjoys his toys and a good game of tug, he's really just a couch potato at heart. This boy has blossomed so much in foster care, gaining confidence and showing his silly, affectionate side. He's in a foster home with both dogs and cats, making him a well-rounded, easygoing companion. Plus, he's fully potty trained and never has accidents in the house! Porter is friendly, submissive but not fearful. He greets strangers with a wagging tail and happily soaks up attention. During a Super Bowl party with 12 guests, he was a perfect gentleman-no barking, no fear, just soaking up the love! He's done great with other dogs, respects boundaries, and has even started loving toys. Porter does well in a crate and never soils it but isn't the biggest fan of being crated when home alone. The good news is he does great free-roaming-no destruction, just naps on the couch! He also walks easy on a leash, making strolls together a breeze. Porter has made incredible strides and continues to grow more confident every day.
