About Mac

Courtesy Post: Owner Surrender/Rehoming- Marlboro, NY Meet Mac! He is a 4-year-old Australian Shepherd and weighs 55 lbs. He is neutered, microchipped, up to date on shots and on heartworm prevention. Mac is fearful of strangers but is loving and playful once he knows you! No children or dogs, due to his reactivity! He hasn't been tested around cats. Mac is given 60mg of Clomipramine HCL twice a day for his anxiety. He bit a veterinary technician at a boarding kennel and a dog sitter. He bit a plumber who walked into the owner's home unannounced. He also bit a stranger who walked into the owner's friend's home. The owner said these bites have all been due to his fear. The owner is surrendering him because of his anxiety. He also has a bite history, and they are expecting a grandchild soon. If you think you can provide a great home for Mac, please contact the owner listed below. There is a $150 rehoming fee to assure good folks with good intentions.
