About Maverick

Maverick is a small, six-year-old pup with a luscious coat who's ready to flourish in a loving home. Although he started life under challenging circumstances, he's learning how to live his best life with the care and support of a loving family. Maverick is very people-oriented-always following his person around and loving every moment of snuggles and affection. He's a playful soul who enjoys gathering his toys into a little pile and choosing his favorite one to carry around. While he gets along with other dogs, Maverick prefers being the only pet so he can devote all his love to his person. He thrives on companionship and isn't a fan of being left alone for too long or too often. Maverick would do best in a home with a secure, fenced-in backyard, where he can enjoy safe neighborhood strolls and plenty of outdoor fun.
