About Marley

Marley is 2 yrs old on Jan 8, 2025. Spayed, microchipped, housebroken, heartworm prevention and flea prevention. No health issues. She seems to prefer women and is protective of women. Barks at men initially, but comes around to the right ones. Not sure why. Was around small children before for 8 months and did fine (I was told). Has been with a small dog (who passed from age) she did fine. Loves the cat. She does sometimes try to herd, which may be annoying to some cats but my cat was raised with dogs and cuddles with her. She is very sweet, wants to play fetch and frisbee 24 hours a day. An active person would be wonderful for her. I believe she would like someone who runs or jogs. I took her in to prevent her going to animal shelter from a family having a 3rd baby. We have had alot of fun playing frisbee. I have had her 14 months but unfortunately I had a bad accident, I fell off a roof, have had 2 surgeries and just cannot give her what she needs now. Due to this accident, I am giving up my home and a yard is a must for her. She is a sweet girl and needs a playful human. She deserves more than she is currently getting from me and it is not fair.
