Values his friendship * Very treat motivated and takes treats gently * Knows 'sit' and 'paw', possibly others * Even though his skin is terribly uncomfortable, he's still a loving boy who enjoys touch * You can see the love, adoration and plea for help in his eyes. * Please help Tony get some relief and save him * no aggression seen when walking him by other dogs.
