Arthur is a goofy, happy, six-year-old dog. We think he is a mix between a labrador and a short breed like a Basset hound or Corgi, but we're not entirely sure. We adopted him as a puppy after he was found as a stray. Arthur loves being outside. He enjoys playing fetch with a tennis ball in our backyard, going on long walks, and swimming in streams. He likes to sleep on his fuzzy bed or build a pillow nest on the couch. He spends most of his day lounging and making himself comfortable around the house. He is house trained, knows standard commands, and is easily teachable with treats. Arthur likes his space to be respected and will do best in a home with no other animals and no children. We made the heartbreaking decision to re-home Arthur because he is anxious and reactive around our baby. Arthur has no bite history, but the unpredictable sounds and movements of our baby make him uncomfortable. We love Arthur and we want him to have a family where he can feel at ease.
