Courtesy Posting: 'ROGUE' THE BEAUTIFUL 2 YR OLD, 35 LB, SPAYED ALASKAN HUSKY GIRL WAS RESCUED FROM A LARGE HOARDING OPERATION AND NOW NEEDS A FOSTER/ RESCUE OR FOREVER HOME. San Bernardino, So Cal Rogue is a gorgeous, 2 yr old, 35 lb, spayed Alaskan Husky girl who was one of 61 dogs confiscated from a horrific hoarding and starvation case, suffering in filth, hidden away in small kennels with no food or care. On January 31st, Animal Control, Police, and 'Saving Gizmo's Friends' stepped in to save them. Now, after enduring so much, she is ready for a real forever home. 'Once part of a trio, Rogue (formerly Plum) came into the shelter alongside her siblings, Peaches and Angel. When it was her turn for a routine spay, she left her kennel for the clinic, expecting to return to the familiar faces of her sisters. But when she came back, her world had changed - Peaches had been rescued, and Rogue was left behind. Alone. Then came what was supposed to be her 'rescue' '| but instead of safety, Rogue endured unspeakable neglect. She became one of the innocent victims of the 61-dog 'House of Horrors' case, where she suffered from starvation and mistreatment at the hands of those who were supposed to save her. But Rogue is a fighter. A survivor. And even after everything, she still greets the world with a wagging tail and a heart full of love. She adores other dogs, and all she wants is the chance to finally belong-to be part of a family that will never let her down.' 'Right now, Rogue is scheduled for surgery to repair an old leg injury that was cruelly ignored for too long. This is her chance to heal, to run pain-free, to finally leave the past behind. But we can't do it without YOU. Can you help us cover the costs of Rogue's surgery and care? Can you open your heart and home to this resilient girl who has been through so much?' If you can foster, adopt, or even share her story, you could change her life forever. Currently Safe with Saving Gizmo's Friends If you are a rescue and interested in taking this sweet pup and placing per in a loving home or if you are interested in adopting these two pups, please contact Debbie at: DLALDER2005@yahoo.com who is assisting them with this process We have more photos and video on her FB post at: https://www.facebook.com/debbie.alder.14/posts/pfbid0QF4UTm7jqo559oehgeiTaF65rBJziMPbEnRvGThkt3H84MsnUYtAMvJcGHoafV3Ll Note: to view contents of link you will need to copy and paste it into your browser.
