Strut's journey to find his forever family started just last week when he flew in from southern Georgia with the help of Pilots and Paws. While he's still getting back to his ideal weight, this 70-pound bundle of joy is already showing that he's full of love and ready for his forever Valentine. Strut's personality is as sweet as it gets-he's great with other dogs and can even handle kitties with a strong personality. Back in Georgia, he had a couple of little best friends, so kids are definitely in his wheelhouse. Crate time? No problem-he might protest for a minute, but then he settles down like a pro. Strut is social, friendly, and loves to meet new people. There's no timidity here-he's all about mingling and making new friends. And when it's time for a road trip, Strut is your co-pilot, hopping right in the car and settling down for the ride. Strut's grooming sessions are nothing short of spa day perfection-he's a total gentleman during baths and nail trims. He's also quite the smarty-paws, knowing commands like Sit, Down, Off, and No, and he's quick to respond when asked. But his true claim to fame? His prancing gait. It's as if he knows he's a Prince in his own right, making every step look regal. Though Strut's got a few residual puppy habits, like jumping when he's excited or scouting the counters for tasty treasures, a little patience and reinforcement will help him turn into the ultimate gentleman.
