About Salem

Salem was adopted in December but the owner unfortunately cannot keep her so she is currently staying with me (her previous sitter and now foster mom) and I'm heartbroken that I am not able to keep her myself, but would love to remain her sitter if ever needed. She needs to be with an experienced dog owner who has been around special needs dogs. She is so sweet and chill, but is reactive to some dogs. - 5 years old (roughly) - 75lbs - Spayed - Potty trained, will cry when she needs to go - Kibble diet (Science Diet) - Good on car rides with hammock and bungee seatbelt - Beautiful, sweet, smart, silly, playful, chill - Loves walks, playtime, and hanging out on the couch - Good on walks with treats handy and will only pull if you let her If you are looking for a constant companion who will love you to death but has some PTSD, then Salem is your girl. She needs an adopter who will be patient and kind. She is so easy to love and deserves to be loved back.
