Velma and her other littermates most likely lived outside for the entire first year of their lives. She takes a minute to warm up but once she does, she will be your best friend. She is sensitive, shy, super sweet, and has her whole life in front of her to get to know that humans can be kind and gentle. Anyone would fall in love with her if you met her. Velma is potty trained and loves playing with other dogs. *Adoption fee includes spay/neuter, vaccines, dewormer, flea treatment, and microchip *NO out-of-state adoptions* Requirements: -No long work hours. -Ability to keep Velma socialized with other balanced dogs. -Must be able to provide two walks per day. -Must have good structure and leadership.
