Rowdy is an owner give up due to no fault of his own. He is now in a foster home and gets along great with all of the resident dogs and cats. He completely ignores the cats and plays very well with the dogs. He is housetrained and knows basic commands. He does need someone to work with him on walking on a leash. A fenced yard is required to adopt this big guy (70 pounds). He is UTD on vaccines, is neutered, and on HW prevention.
