About Waylon

Please see Waylons video here too!Waylon is a joyful, jovial, bouncy, pouncy boy. He's silly and will bounce up and down on all four legs. Its easy to get him excited and he is ready for an adventure!! Even if the adventure is simply going to the garage to put the trash out, or grabbing something form the closet, Waylon will be there. Waylon loves the car and may even help you get groceries out of the back. He loves to explore the backyard, go for walks and play with friends. When playing tug he's got a mean right hook and will bop the opponent on the head to steal the toy away. He quickly gives toy back to restart the game. He does like to chew a bone for a few minutes per day but doesn't seem to really self sooth or self play for more than a few minutes per day. But he also enjoys some down time where he loves to sit with you and give affection, cuddles, and snuggles. When left to his own devices Waylon may get into the trash or see what's up on the counter. However when caught in the act- he knows he shouldn't have done that. He came from a home where he didn't get much socialization and was left at home alone for longs hours and sometimes days. As such, he has not yet learned many manners, house rules, or commands. He needs some direction here but he does know how to sit. And he is eager to please, so coupled with some treats, Waylon is learning the new rules of home life quite well.
