Her loving nature and gentle spirit shine through, making it clear that she thrives on companionship. Having arrived at the shelter alongside two other dogs, it's evident that Mara is sociable and gets along well with her canine companions. She possesses a calm, submissive demeanor, easily adapting to the ebb and flow of her surroundings. Before finding her way to the shelter, Mara experienced a lack of attention and love, which makes her transformation all the more heartwarming. She's an intelligent girl, quickly picking up on her new routines and adapting with grace. Please note that we are not a no-kill shelter, and we must make tough decisions regarding animals who are ill or aggressive. **Adoption Fees:** - $165 for dogs under 5 years old - $100 for dogs over 5 years old - $200 for cell dogs Your adoption fee covers vaccinations (DHPP, Bordetella), microchipping, heartworm and Lyme testing, rabies vaccination, spay/neuter, and a dog license. All dogs must be spayed or neutered before leaving the shelter; if this hasn't been done, we'll schedule an appointment for you. **Payment:** We accept cash only-no checks, debit, or credit cards please.
