Kevin is joining TRACS from a crowded shelter in Abilene Texas and we are very happy to have him. He is a 2 year old chihuahua and rat terrier boy who has a beautiful black and brown coat and adorable eyes. We will learn more about him as he settles in here at the shelter. He is about 8 pounds of cuteness. He is neutered and fully vaccinated and will come microchipped too. His fee for adoption covers medical work and is $250.
