The three rabbits survived for a week dodging coyotes. Sadly, two of their family members did not survive. Curious and playful bun Kingston is searching for snuggles! He's adventurous, inquisitive and full of personality! Kingston is ready to find his forever home! If he's tugging at your heart strings, inquire about adopting him today! Kingston's estimated date of birth is mid-December 2024. He is not quite old enough to neuter. Kingston is available on a foster-to-adopt basis. When he is old enough to neuter, he will need to return to the rescue for one or two days for transport to the vet for his neuter surgery. After he is neutered, the adoption will be finalized. Kingsley should start out living in an exercise pen (x-pen) otherwise known as a puppy pen. He can have that as his home base or transition to a room or a section of a room or free roaming. A cage/hutch is not recommended unless the door is open and an x-pen can be placed around it. Please be over 21 if inquiring about a rabbit. Kingston can be seen by appointment in Lake Elsinore after a questionnaire is completed or a phone consultation conducted. On adoption day, plan to spend approximately one hour at the rescue going over paperwork and general rabbit care information. Delivery is available up to 100 miles from Lake Elsinore. PLEASE consult with the rescue before you purchase rabbit supplies so you can be directed to the least expensive and most appropriate rabbit essentials, especially if you've never had the pleasure of owning a rabbit! Your local big chain pet store is probably NOT the best place to buy rabbit supplies! If you are seeking a rabbit as a companion for your existing rabbit, your rabbit should be spayed/neutered. Male/female bondings are usually recommended.
