About Bella

Bella is a lovely, affectionate, sweet tempered, 6 month old Doberman. She is basically untrained but seems to be a quick learner. I volunteered to take dog for a short time - while solutions were explored - with the impression that she was about to be euthanized. I've been assured after calling multiple Animal Shelters... that would be highly unlikely. TBH, I was given so many conflicting stories about her history, I'm not sure what to believe. What ever the case, she was brought to me no longer wanted. (Originally from Walnut Creek... I suspect issue was there's a waiting list to surrender dogs and original owners had broken lease and were being threatened with eviction). Don't want to dwell on past... Bella is here with me. I wish we could keep her but we have three dogs (a Dobie and 2 Terriers - all rescue) already and don't have the bandwith to train a puppy. I'm anxious to get her a new home. I'm hoping it will be someone who KNOWS how lovely and loving Dobermans can be. We've had several... all sweethearts...so we know a beauty when we see one. Bella is one of those... pure spirit... dogs.
