This peppy senior is full of life and enjoys playing, cuddling, and going on little adventures. He would love a home with another small or medium-sized dog to play with and an adopter who will keep him safe and engaged. About Aspinn Fun & Happy - Loves toys, chews, and playing with other dogs Lizard Hunter - Enjoys exploring the yard and chasing little critters Food Motivated - Loves treats and eager to learn new things Affectionate - Will happily nap by your side while you work Great with Dogs - Loves small/medium dogs and does well with larger ones too The Perfect Home for Aspinn Secure fenced yard REQUIRED - He's curious and likes to explore Someone home often - He thrives in a home where he's not left alone for long periods A doggy sibling - He loves to play and would do best with another friendly pup Careful front-door management - Aspinn is adventurous and could try to bolt Training House-trained with a routine - Goes outside regularly and never has poop accidents Leash Training in Progress - Learning to walk with a harness and doing well Recently neutered - Previously marked indoors but has improved post-surgery (belly bands can help with transition) Not a fan of crates - Tolerates a playpen or baby gate if needed Medical & Grooming HW negative & on monthly preventatives - Needs regular heartworm & flea prevention Possible cataract in left eye - Doesn't seem to affect him much Sometimes picks up his back right paw when running fast - No concerns, just a quirk Minimal grooming needs - Short coat, occasional shedding, regular baths, ear cleaning, teeth brushing, and nail trims Adoption Details Located in Miami, FL - Adoption limited to Florida residents Only contacting applicants who meet ALL requirements Adoption Process 1 Submit an adoption application online 2 Initial Review - We assess applications for compatibility 3 Phone Interview - A volunteer will contact top applicants 4 Meet & Greet - If approved, you'll get to meet Aspinn 5 Official Adoption - Fee payment, record transfer & home visit Important Notes Aspinn MUST have a secure home & fenced yard - He loves to explore!
