About Elsie

This sweet face belongs to Elsie. She is an Australian Cattle Dog mix who was born in September, 2025. She should be between 40-50 pounds when full grown. Elsie comes when called and likes to listen. She is mostly house trained and is crate trained. Her new home should just reinforce and also keep her learning her basic obedience. Elsie is a little shy when meeting new people. Once she gets used to someone, she is a sweetie who asks for pets. She is also playful and gives little love nips. Not even slightly scary'|just puppy love. However, she won't be a fit for small kids who may not appreciate her love style. Elsie has met some other dogs and wants to play. She would be fine as an only dog but would also love having a playmate. She would love a home with someone to throw the ball, because she loves to fetch. Elsie absolutely loves walks. She is learning not to pull. In the car, she is hesitant at first, but polite and settles in after a bit. Elsie is an active girl who will appreciate an active home. Then, when the fun is done, she is a sweet and cuddly girl. Elsie is spayed and current on vaccinations. She is located in SoCal, and ready to meet adopters who can meet and adopt here. A home visit and vet reference are required to adopt.
