I am seeking an immediate Foster or Adopter to help this sweet boy who is worth helping and rescuing and preventing from going to any kind of shelter system A kind man rescued a Belgian Malinois German Shepherd on the road dragging about 30 feet of the same heavy chain used to tie down heavy machinery to a trailer. He's been well fed and has no fleas but otherwise looks neglected. He looks around 4-5 years old and not fixed but is super sweet and listens fairly well . He knows sit and come or let's go. took him by Bulverde animal Hospital to have him checked for a chip with no luck. The only shelter I found that could take him was new braunfels and they are a kill shelter and I just can't do that . I would appreciate any help you may be able to give as you may know other avenues.
