CHECK YOUR SPAM/JUNK FOLDER IF DON'T RECEIVE A REPLY TO AN INQUIRY INDOOR ONLY HOMES Vespa was rescued from an Inland Empire park on January 29, 2025. She was spayed on February 10, 2025. She is estimated to have been born sometime in early 2024. Vespa has helicopter ears which are so adorable! Sometimes the ears are all the way down and she looks like a regular lop. Other times the ears look like the attached pictures! She's a small bun at about four pounds and she's ready to steal your heart. She loves stroking a pose for the camera, exploring her surroundings, or just lounging around looking cute! How can anyone resist those precious ears? If you're ready to give this girl the forever home she deserves, inquire about her today! Vespa should start out living in an exercise pen (x-pen) otherwise known as a puppy pen. She can have that as her home base or transition to a room or a section of a room or free roaming. A cage/hutch is not recommended unless the door is open and an x-pen can be placed around it. Please be over 21 if inquiring about a rabbit. Vespa can be seen by appointment in Lake Elsinore after a questionnaire is completed or a phone consultation conducted. On adoption day, plan to spend approximately one hour at the rescue going over paperwork and general rabbit care information. Delivery is available up to 100 miles from Lake Elsinore. PLEASE consult with the rescue before you purchase rabbit supplies so you can be directed to the least expensive and most appropriate rabbit essentials, especially if you've never had the pleasure of owning a rabbit! Your local big chain pet store is probably NOT the best place to buy rabbit supplies! If you are seeking a rabbit as a companion for your existing rabbit, your rabbit should be spayed/neutered. Male/female bondings are usually recommended.
