About Lucky

Our dear friend recently died, and there was no one who would take his precious and beloved 12 year old Shih Tzu, Lucky. While Lucky is somewhat blind, his eyes are treatable (and being treated by us and getting better already!). He gets around VERY well in spite of this, and he can hear as well as can be expected for an elderly dog. Lucky is a very loving little guy who really just wants to snuggle as that was what he did with his elderly owner. Unfortunately, we are not in a position to care for and watch over him. He would be great for an elderly person who can just let him out when needed, feed and water him - VERY low maintenance. He weighs about 10 lbs and sleeps a lot and loves to snuggle, or he is very happy in his doggy bed and crate!
