PLACEMENT FOR DIESEL IS TIME SENSITIVE AS HE IS CURRENTLY LIVING IN A CAR IN THE WOODS WITH HIS GOOD SAMARITAN AND TWO OTHER DOGS Name: Diesel Age: 8 months 'Sex: Male ( Not Neutered) Breed: Aussie Mix, Appx 15-20 pounds Location: Lafollette, Tennessee Vet Info: Diesel is up to date with vaccines and is heartworm negative. He has not yet been neutered. He is believed to have been born blind. He has had a few seizures over the past 8 months but as of now, the vet does not feel he needs anti-seizure medication. He has been receiving CBD and hasn't had a seizure in approximately 2 months. Info From Good Samaritan: Diesel had a rough start in life. He was found abandoned on a rural road by a good samaritan and was covered in fleas and ticks and had mange. His finder has cared for him to nurse him back to health and he is now ready to find his forever home. Diesel is a very happy pup. He adapts well to new situations and continues to work on his mapping skills. He still bumps into things but shakes it off and redirects when this happens. Diesel has a lot of puppy energy and needs to be cautioned to be careful. He has not been around stairs so far. Diesel currently lives with two large dogs and gets along well with them. He isn't possessive of food, treats or toys and has never been aggressive toward anyone. He has shown himself to be sweet and friendly with humans of all ages and is also good with cats. Diesel is a very sweet and happy pup - his tail is always wagging and he loves to jump up for attention and to give kisses. He also likes to be held and to cuddle. He is a quiet pup and can stay home alone in a pen without any issues. As he's a puppy, he will find things to chew at times so needs to be watched. Diesel sleeps well overnight without having to go out for potty break.
